​When I entered the real estate industry as a broker, I quickly realised that listings could really benefit from great photography. So, I teamed up with photographers from around the world to develop the skills needed and became one of the first in Cape Town to offer professional real estate photography.
As a full-time real estate photographer with the experience of an estate agent, my techniques are all about showcasing your property’s unique design and features to favourable attract offers.

Still Photography
What do buyers want to see? We focus (pun intended) on the most important features of the home, including aerial stills, driving higher enquiries and viewing appointments. Agents regularly comment that our photographs often sell their listings quicker at best prices.
Videography
Add a short walk-through video of up to three minutes including aerial footage, to give buyers a better overview of the best aspects of the property, both indoors and out. Particularly handy for out-of-town or overseas buyers.
